There could be many reasons why your SSO login failed. In general it’s one of the following issues.
  • The application set up for SSO is not a SAML app, this will likely result in a failure to log into your identity provider.
  • The log in URL or certificate provided are not correct, which will cause a validation error on log in.
  • An incorrect URN was set up, which will cause a validation error on log in.
  • One of the expected name, email and gr4vy_roles user claims was not provided. This will stop us from mapping an SSO user to a dashboard user.
