Credentials

When setting up a Fortumo connection in the Dashboard, you will need to configure the following credentials:

Merchant ID

The Merchant ID for your account can be obtained from the Fortumo Dashboard.

Base64 encoded Private PEM key

Please work with the Solutions Engineer assigned to your integration to complete the steps below.

1. You will first need to generate a 4096 bit SSH key pair in OpenSSH format (public and private keys will be generated).

2. The public key should be copied and pasted into the SSH keys box in the API Keys section of the Fortumo Dashboard.

3. The private key should be Base64 encoded and then copied and pasted into the Base64 encoded Private PEM key box in the Dashboard.
